Great Lakes Shark Sock Co. was created in 2016. We wanted a product that would be both unique and better our future. Our mission statement is “To provide comfort and security to not just our feet, but to what matters most to us.” We live this statement in our work by making a quality sock and for attempting to make our future just a little bit better with our quarter program.
We try to live by our acronym “LIFE.”

We believe in Made In U.S.A. with everything we do. We design our socks in the great state of Michigan. North Carolina companies then produce the cotton and sew the socks. It takes multiple companies to create these socks, but everyone of those companies are hard working American companies. Designed in Michigan, made in North Carolina.
Family Owned & Operated
Our company is family owned & operated, as well as, veteran owned and operated. My wife and I truly believe family comes first, but we also both grew up in family businesses. It is very hard to put family first sometimes when running your own business. You may feel like you are putting family first, but the family feels otherwise. It may not be easy, but we do our best to successfully run our businesses and put our family first.

If you are wondering, why Great Lakes Shark? My grandfather would always say, “You can travel the world looking for the bluebird, but all along he was hiding in your back yard.” This world of ours is beautiful, but there is no place more beautiful than home. Our family calls the Great Lakes home and our last name is Shark. There is no place more relaxing than a small quiet place on the water. Between the waves crashing, wind blowing, and sand on your feet, you’ll find peace.

Refunds & Returns
We will accept returns on any pair of socks that still include the tag and have not been worn. Anything without the tag means there has been some use of the socks. All socks are unique patterns, and different patterns can and will have different wear patterns. All socks are soft and wonderful feeling, enjoy them as long as you can!
